Recipe Best: chicken noodle soup 2 Tbsp olive oil  1 medium yellow onion  3 cloves garlic  ½ lb. carrots  ½ bunch celery  2 split chicken breast (bone-in)  1 tsp dried basil  1 Tbsp dried parsley  ½ tsp dried thyme  1 whole bay leaf  10-15 cranks cracked pepper  1 Tbsp salt  6 oz. egg noodles.
