Currently offered for $290,000, The Myrtle Street Public School in St Thomas, Ontario, Canada  was opened in 1904 and closed in the early 2000's. Small children are frequently seen peering out of the windows and sometimes seen p-laying on the grounds. Soldiers from the 19th century have been seen in the hallways and have even spoken to people when questioned. Intense feelings of unease, being watched, voices and sounds come from empty rooms,  and even outside on the grounds.
