Healthy Halloween Snack: vanilla yogurt with a little food coloring, 5 Oz plastic cups with faces drawn on in sharpie, topped with chocolate sprinkles! Could be cute with orange yogurt and green sprinkles for jack-o-lanterns too! Made these for my son's preschool class and they were a hit! (Can buy the 5 oz cups at BevMo!)

My go to breakfast! Devious AND healthy!  Peanut butter, banana chia seed "pudding".  Purée: 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk Half of a banana Tablespoon of peanut butter (or PB substitute) Dash of pure vanilla extract  Add 2 1/2 tbs chia seeds to sealable container, pour in purée, cover and shake.   Refrigerate over night and top with dark chocolate cocoa nibs (optional)
