Creamy and Spicy Corn Soup. I used 2.5 cups of frozen corn. I only added 2 cups in the blended part and put 1/2 a cup of corn in after I blended it. Added a small amount of sugar. I used chicken broth instead of veggie stock. Would be good with shredded chicken. Scott enjoyed. Served with avocado and tortilla chips.
