Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin.  I simply seasoned with salt and pepper, added the butter and cooked at 135F.  I then made Vietnamese caramel sauce in a skillet with sugar, scallions, garlic, and fish sauce.  I added the pork tenderloins to the caramel for about 90 seconds, turning to cover them.
