Blueberry yogurt muffins - very yummy! I changed this recipe a bit. I used 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup white sugar and I added a banana. These turned out delicious! Oh and I skipped the topping and just put cinnamon on them.
crockpot oatmeal Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
