Summer Vegetable Tian Made 6/4/2014 and again the next day because it was so good. Added Japanese eggplant and just sliced onions for bottom layer. Also sandwiched transparent thin slices of garlic in between some of the sliced vegetables. Also brushed olive oil over the top of dish before baking to keep it from drying out.
