CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist. I have outdone myself. Delicious. -K by melody
Got this recipe from a friend and it's deelish! I omitted the sugar, used allspice instead of cloves, and used the zest and juice of two satsumas instead of canned mandarins. I used boneless chops, but would definitely use bone-in next time as the boneless were a little dry. Flavor was fantastic, though!
