Lip-smackin-good. Crock-pot-easy. Diner-pleaser. Nice presentation. Is there anything better? NAAAAAAAH. Carolines note: Lots of people dont use Bay Leaf; however, it adds tremendously to this dish; just dont forget to take it out before serving.
CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist. I have outdone myself. Delicious. -K by melody
