Louise Fulton (1916-1988) was a professional bowler from the Garfield neighborhood of #Pittsburgh. Martin Delany (18121885) was a writer physician abolitionist and journalist in addition to being the first African-American U.S. Army field officer the founder of Pittsburgh's first African-American newspaper and one of the first three black men admitted to Harvard Medical School.
