Here is my breakfast from Sunday morning of Banana Bread Protein Pancakes! I adapted the recipe from PB Fingers: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 banana, mashed 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Dash of baking powder Cook them up! Top with some nut butter, the other half of your banana, chocolate chips, syrup, and whatever your heart desires! These are now my favorite protein pancakes!!
