Toddler food - "the nibble tray" for a picky eater. Looks like a good way to encourage trying different things :) Maybe also for kids who won't sit for a snack they come up sit eat some, then go back to playing.

Baby Led Weaning Recipes - Broccoli and Cheese muffins and many more amazing recipes! These muffins are my 10 month old's favourite! I replaced the egg with apple sauce and often use zucchini instead of broccoli :)
(10 month old) left: lunch is salmon, rice with squash, and spinach with tomato, garlic and mushrooms; afternoon snack is banana and clementine (and puffs/rice cakes, not pictured) right: A full day of meals – oatmeal for breakfast, avocado for snack, and lunch of stew meat and carrots, chicken stir fry with rice, and clementine (he ate it all!)
