• 500 g Chicken livers
Produce
• 3 Bay leaves
• 1 tsp Coriander, Fresh
• 1 tbsp Garlic
• 1 Lemon juice from 1 lemon, Fresh
• 1 Onion, large
Canned Goods
• 1 Chili
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
Condiments
• 1/4 dash Worcester sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
• 1 Red pepper seeds removed, medium
Dairy
• 1 tbsp Butter.
• 250 ml Cream, Fresh
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1 Splash Brandy
