Tahini Sauce for Chicken Shwarma:  Tahini sauce    1/4 cup tahini paste (sesame paste)  2 TBS plain yogurt  1 tsp garlic powder  2 TBS lemon juice  1 TBS olive oil  dash of cayenne, paprika and salt to taste    Whisk all ingredients together and add water to thin out to whatever consistency you would like.
