Ginger Mint Green Iced Tea

1 c of hot water (Optional: ginger tea) 1-2 T apple cider vinegar  Juice of 1 lemon or 1-2 drops of lemon essential oil  1 T sweetener The following ground spices: cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, cloves and ginger (if you don't use ginger tea). Boil water, steep tea. Add sweetener, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Stir. Add spices of choice. Stir.  If you do not have ginger tea, simply add fresh ginger or ground ginger. Use plain water or another herbal tea.
