*Supplies: construction paper (brown, yellow, red and green), scissors, glue and tape

Kids use clothespins on the dots to reinforce number recognition.  Can make it differentiated by having a set without dots as well.

On one set I put stickers to help those who are not identifying numbers yet. The other set I left blank. The kids will match clothespins to the corresponding number. Also add numbers for touch math.

ESL Activities - CVC Puzzles - 45 Word Set This file contains puzzles, mats, letter tiles, and recording sheets for a 45 word CVC vocabulary list. The files are broken down into 9 words for each a, e, i, o, and u vowel set with three word families for each set.   Students can practice blending sounds and reading CVC words independently or in a group. The worksheets follow the Say it! Build it! Write it! approach for each set of words.
