The name bang bang chicken comes from a technique of breaking up and tenderising chicken by hitting it with a hammer or stick. We've simplified the method so that you pull the chicken which results in the same juiciness and texture. Served over a fresh crunchy rice salad, tossed in a peanut and soy dressing. It's a banger!
