Beer battered fried pickles! beer, 1 flour, 2 eggs, salt & pepper to taste, pickles and veggie oil. Whisk eggs & beer together & slowly add flour till batter consistency. Add salt and dredge pickles in batter and plain in oil about 2 minutes per side.
