Broccoli rabe ( rapini) sautéed in garlic and olive oil with toasted pine nuts. Trim rapini, and bite a raw stalk to see how bitter it is. If it's not bitter, the rapini will be awesome! Drop into salted boiling water for 3 min or until deep green, remove and run under cool water. Sauté garlic 3-6 large cloves in olive oil sliced thin. Add rapini and sauté for a few minutes. A a little chicken broth, and cook until desired texture. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and grated cheese.
