Sparkling Cucumber Limeade Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 TBLlime zest & 1 cup water in a saucepan heating until sugar disolves. Add 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves and cool 30 mins Strain mixture and combine with 1 cup lime juice & 1 medium English cucumber, halved and thinly sliced and chill for 1 hr. When ready to serve add to 2 cups chilled sparkling water and serve over ice
