Zucchini Carrot Apple Muffins - I have made this twice and love them! The second time I used about a a cup more grated zucchini, carrots and apple than the recipe calls for but they were moister than the first time.
New favorite chili recipe. Edits: sub ground turkey for beef, saute garlic & 1 shallot w/ meat. Use beef broth instead of tomato juice, add 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ liquid. Add 1 tbsp worst, sub brown sugar for white add T smoked paprika.
