October Daye Series by Seanan McGuire - Can't put these books down.

October Daye Series by Seanan McGuire - I highly recommend this urban fantasy series. One of the things that is fabulous about it is that it is packed with Fae lore. I have learned a huge amount from Seanan McGuire about Fae and Faerie from these books.
