This is about me and my health. I do not need to be competing with Suzy Q. I don't need a sticker on the back of my car stating each distance I've ran. At my pace, on my schedule, to clear my brain, to make my heart healthy.
Squats shrink your hips, lift your bootie, firm your thighs and shape your calves. Its the perfect exercise. Add bicep curls or arm press w/ some resistance and you will have a total body workout. I LOVE my squats!
motiveweight: You messed up on your diet and you didn’t exercise today - so what? You didn’t ruin anything. Get back on track tomorrow. If you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three? Of course not.
