1/3 cup oats 2/3 cup waahtah 1 tbsp WF pancake syrup Place in radiation box for 3:00 Add 1/3 cup liquid cafe free egg whites Whisk,whisk,whisk Radiate for another :30sec Whisk,whisk,whisk Repeat These should be super creamy and fluffy if you whisked properly I then topped with a nitrate free apple spice chicken thumb which I simply baked in my toasted oven for about 20min on 350* I also added some flavorful Honey Crisp Apple slices And a drizzle of WF syrup!
