Salmon Jerky..... These were pretty good, a novel way to make salmon. I think next time I'll add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup to give them a candied salmon flavor. I only needed to marinade for 1 hr and then dehydrated for 4 hrs on 160 degrees.
