There is something deeply satisfying about getting top stitching to match and line up. But it can also be a source of real frustration. I unpicked the center seam twice before i decided to live with it.
Sew Photo Hop Day 8 - Inside out: This is my grainline moss skirt inside out, I don't have an overlocker at home so try to use as many French seams as possible. In this skirt I used lots of different seam techniques. I do love a good lining though
How cheerful is the inside of this Moss skirt from @sewnbristol! It's almost making me forget daylight savings ended today ☀️ ・・・ Yup, another @grainlinestudio #MossSkirt! ...and this is the inside I'm usually too lazy but every now and then I relish a special finish. I'm not a floral gal but small prints make for great binding. #Sewing #SewingPattern #IndiePatterns #HandmadeStyle #HandmadeWardrobe…
If you follow Grainline on Facebook then you know about my crazy last minute sewing plans before I leave for BERNINA University on Monday. These are my fabrics which in theory will become a Willow, Driftless, and Moss. Will be posting progress over @jen_beeman. Wish me luck!⠀ ⠀ #berninauniversity2017 #grainlinestudio #mossskirt #willowtank #driftlesscardigan #fabricfridaygrainlinestudiograinlinestudio,fabricfriday,mossskirt,berninauniversity2017,willowtank,driftlesscardigan
