4 Step System to Teach Kids New Chores ~ First Time: Demonstrate the chore. Have the kid watch. 2nd Time: Do the chore together. You do the majority of the chore, but the kid helps. 3rd Time: Your kid does the chore by themself, but you are there supervising. Give input, give correction, talk about what they did really well and what they could improve on. 4th Time: The kid does the chore independently. But Mom comes to inspect to make sure the results are up to the family's expectations.

In 2010, the government of Haiti donated 150 acres to an organization called Mission of Hope (MOH), with the stipulation that they were to build 500 permanent homes for displaced earthquake victims. The 410 Bridge was introduced to MOH and recently partnered with them to construct 150 homes for the displaced deaf who are now in temporary housing in Port-au-Prince.
