**For the Pickled Onions:**
- 1 Thin Sliced Red Onion
- 1 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
**For the Sauce + Slaw:**
- 3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp Cilantro, minced
- 1 Clove Garlic, grated or minced
- 2 Limes, juice
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Cups Red Cabbage, shredded
**For the Tacos:**
- 1 lb. Tilapia (or other white fish)
- 1+1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1+1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 6-8 Cassava Flour Tortillas (@sietefoods or any tortilla)
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 Jalapeño, seeds removed and diced small
