Chewy Homemade Granola Bars- I replaced the butter with coconut oil, the brown sugar with maple syrup, and the regular rice crispies with with brown rice puffed cereal.  I found it a little too sweet.  Next time I will cut down on the maple syrup, and try adding natural peanut butter and maybe some almonds
