Pigou Club:  Giun, Crème de Pamplemousse Rose , Lime & Bitters

Ingredients: 2 1/4oz Hendricks Gin .5oz Aperol .5oz St. Germain .25oz Simple Syrup 5 drops Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters 6 Cucumber slices  instructions:  Place 5 cucumber slices in a chilled mixing glass. Add the simple syrup. Muddle the cucumbers. Add gin, Aperol, St. Germain and bitters. Add ice and stir. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.

The Midnight Daiquiri:  Ingredients:  2 oz.Cruzan Blackstrap rum 1 oz. fresh lime juice 3/4 oz. falernum syrup  1/4 oz. coffee liqueur 3 dashes Angostura bitters 2 dashes Bittermens Tiki bitters (optional, but good) Lime wheel, for garnish   Combine the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupé or cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve.

Cocktail Virgin | Ideal Manhattan: 1 1/2 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon, 3/4 oz St. Germain, 1/2 oz Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, 2 dash Angostura Bitters, 1 dash Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters. Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist

Vieux Ananas - Imbibe Magazine 1 oz. rye whiskey 1 oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum 1 oz. sweet vermouth 1/2 oz. Benedictine 1 dash Angostura bitters Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer Glass: Old Fashioned Garnish: orange twist  Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain over a large ice cube into a double Old Fashioned glass.
