(S) Emily's S Pancakes eggs cup ricotta cheese (Edited to say that I now use cottage cheese almost exclusively. so much easier to find and buy in bulk) cup flax meal 1 T coconut oil teaspoon baking powder)
Smoothie packs - 1 frozen Greek yogurt "cube" (frozen in cupcake tin), cups chosen fruit. Place yogurt and fruit in individual freezer bag. In AM, add 1 cup milk (I use coconut/almond milk) Yummy, quick breakfast!
This would be an excellent substitute for a salad when I just don't want to eat my veggies. May try freezing in small portions so I can just heat one portion up any time I get the urge for a veggie packed meal/snack.
