  • 1 cup Millet, whole
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Olive oil cooking spray
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds, raw unsalted
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 cup Panko, whole-wheat

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat plain
