This cheesecake has a buttery custard cream base, a creamy, vanilla, white chocolate, sprinkle cheesecake filling, topped with a sweet white chocolate ganache and decorated with more sprinkles 😍

All you need is:
Base:
350g Custard Creams
150g unsalted or salted butter, melted
Cheesecake:
300ml double cream, cold
500g cream cheese, room temp
120g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g white chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
3-4 tbsp sprinkles
Topping:
200g white chocolate
125ml double cream
Sprinkles
