Today I suggest you try my version of Caesar with avanesis. Avanaise is a sauce based on homemade mayonnaise with the addition of avocado 🥑
Recipe:
4 eggs cooked not hard-boiled
2 avocados
1 tsp honey
1 dessert spoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 lime juice
Add olive oil a couple of tables
Punch with a blender and immediately serve with salad
