This is a recipe from the Deceptively Delicious cookbook by Jessica Seinfeld. There are some really great recipes in this cookbook that can be easily tweaked to be gluten free. I have an exceptionally picky 2 year old and even he loves these cookies. They have chickpeas (a.k.a. garbanzo beans) in
Gluten-Free Vegan Apple Granola Bars. Homemade granola bars are not only healthier, as you can control what goes in but they are very easy to make and you can add or leave out whatever you fancy. These call for a dehydrator but you can put them in a low oven although you can't call them raw anymore. This does not change the fact that they are tasty and good for you.
