Pineapple Smoothie.....This tastes really good, and with the yogurt and pineapples I used it was only 220 calories. I didn't put in ice because my pineapples chunks were frozen, it tastes pretty much like frozen yogurt. Quite delicious.

Cover and refrigerate until the cashews have softened, at least 6 hours (and up to overnight). Add the ice, banana, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and frothy.
