Sticky Lemon Chicken. Salt/pepper 4-5 chx thighs. Saute on H in 3-4 T olive oil.  Plate. Cook 2 garlic cloves (halved) on M-H for 2 mins. Add and reduce by half, some red wine vinegar.  Add 2 T soy sauce and 3 T honey.  Return chx to pan and 1 lemon (thinly sliced).  Cook 10 mins. or until chx is done and sauce is syrupy.
