This photo shows the first Chick-Fil-A at Greenbriar Mall. My grandmother is the woman in yellow. She worked at Rich's at the time. It was a pretty neat picture to come across.

This is where Chick-fil-A originated.  The Dwarf House, in Hapeville, GA, is where Truett Cathy began his restaurant business.  My brothers and I grew up in  nearby East Point, and we considered a trip to the Dwarf House a real treat.

In 1946 the Dwarf Grill opens in Hapeville, GA. It was later renamed to the Chick fil a Dwarf House. You will now find simple Chick fil a restaurants along with the nicer Chick fil a Dwarf House.

I remember seeing this as a kid, and being so frustrated with my mother for telling me that she couldn't see paying so much fo these things.  So in the end, a brown metal shelf was the dollhouse.  A shoebox was the RV, and a metal mixing bowl was a pool.  1980 Barbie toys

My pink corvette. Always wanted the Barbie Dream House, but my Grandpa (Pop) made me my own, unique Barbie House and I saved it all these years. Much more meaningful in the long run.
