Ingredients:

• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbs olive oil

Pickled Red Onions:
• 1 large red onion
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup rice vinegar
• 1/2 lime, juiced + add the rind (optional)
• 1 tbs sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
Avocado Crema:
