Art Deco Gin cabinet
This versatile Art Deco cabinet has many uses. It would look lovely with towels and perfumes as much as gin and vodka. It was cleaned, sanded, and cleaned again before painting began. General Finishes Lamp Black Milk paint was used along with Polyvine satin/dead flat varnish to give a subtle sheen. The back panel was finished with gold metal leaf and then lacquered to protect. The beading to the doors was finished in gold pigment to match the back panel.
