Burger Mince - To grind 350 grams of Brisket, 200 grams Sirloin. For the Mince - 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of Woestershire sauce, Some Salt and Pepper "  For the mince, Try adding 200 grams of smoked bacon "  Make sure the meat is cold before grinding it, a good tip is to let the meat rest for 30 min in the freezer after cutting it in to smaller pieces.
