The cage doll is of European origin.(13th century). My work depicts the strength and quiet grace of women that are marginalized, victimized and sometimes ignored. They are about women that have influenced me directly or indirectly.
This French I period piece has sold. One of my favourites. The arms are articulated and the mannequin is resin and fiberglass. Grace and quiet strength are qualities that thread through my work . olgaceramics8@gmail.com
