Topsy Foundation by Ogilvy Johannesburg. Ogilvy and Egg Films recently created a TV commercial for our Client, Topsy Foundation.  The concept was to show that an AIDS sufferer who received antiretrovirals can regain all the health they have lost in just 90 days.  Its called the lazarus effect.
