We as NOUSH are inspired by the wonderful, rich history of Zulu craft and by what ever else catches our eye. We try to fuse the two together in our own way - to create a unique product that we can identify with and above all love :)

Cultured Home Accessories --- The Itawuli by Mungo, take on Basotho Blanket Pattern | Elle Decoration South Africa

On our Radar: The Itawuli from Mungo - Elle Decoration

The towel to rival all towels! This flat weave Itawuli from Mungo is on our radar. Inspired by the African landscape and heritage, the earthy tones and geometrical pattens are right up our alley. Mungo have released the towel in four colour ways: Outeniqua Rust, Purple Heart, African Sunset and Brown Granite. itawuli translates to towel in one of South Africa's official languages, Xhosa.
