Feeling That “F” Word…F Day 182 - Feeling that “F” word. Ever since my cheat night a few days ago now, I am feeling frantic and fat. And not in the good kind of “phat” but the scale moving in the wrong direction fat. At work we have a fantastic new.

Chronic illness

Felt this way BEFORE a quick run to the grocery store. Got home and literally put the groceries away while on my knees. Energy gone, pain kicked up.

I'm worried about pain meds losing their effectiveness or stop working all together. That's why I'm try to stay on such a low grade one and use it as little as possible since I'm still young and I know it will only get worse.
