A dramatization of a Viking Warrior. The Viking warriors were seafaring people. Though many think of warriors as being violent people who raided and killed any town they passed by, many vikings were farmers, explorers, sailors, and traders in search of a better place to live. Viking mens duty in their family was to bring home food and money. They were supposed to take care of their family. (By Pablo Galeano) Viking Men, Les Runes
