Oven baked baby back ribs. In a pan, place one rack of baby back ribs with membrane removed from back side. Season with a dry rub (I used Bobby Flay's steak and rib rub), cover with foil and roast for 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees. Pour off all drippings and slather with barbeque sauce on both sides. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. Tender and delicious! A must try!
