Level up your toast🍞😍 with this easy and simple Matcha Pistachio Spread!🍵It is creamy and delicious with a sweet and nutty flavor ✨Matcha Pistachio Spread✨ - 1/2 cup unshelled pistachios, soaked overnight - 2 tbsp Nekohama Matcha - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨To make✨ ▫️Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. (Note: This may need to be done in intervals depending on the strength of your blender.) ▫️To serve, spread a spoonful of the spread on a lightly toasted piece of sourdough and add some of your favorite toppings. ▫️Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
