An ancient version of the traditional "yin yang" symbol. The "yin yang" is a Chinese Taoist design representing how opposite forces are mutually interdependent. Often interpreted as masculine and feminine forces, light and dark, and other opposites.     Great for casual everyday use or an Asian themed dinner or party.

I chose this motif to represent light and dark because Romeo is talking about how beautiful she is. This is used in line 215 of Act 1 Scene 2 Romeo said "Cuts beauty off from all posterity.

Represents spiritual awareness, and expansion of thought. Also shows that we are ever-growing and increasing.
