Peppermint Bark Cheesecake
Peppermint Bark Cheesecake - It has three delicious layer-Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling loaded with peppermint bark pieces and white chocolate ganache on top garnished with crushed candy canes, whipped cream and chocolate.
Cremora tart. Make a crust with crushed ginger cookies or tennis biscuits and butter. Push into dish and set in fridge. Mix 500g Cremora with 125ml water. Add a tin of condensed milk and stir. Add 125ml lemon juice and mix well. Pour over set crust and allow to set in fridge.
