Low lunge (number one) for both legs; you can get to this pose from downward dog in your Sun Salutations. Don't worry about the other kinds of lunges until your flexibility level increases but don't be afraid to try the high lunge (number 2) I think my suggestions might work better if I somehow draw them and put them together...
